Exploring SpongeBoost’s case study areas is now easier than ever, thanks to the new pages on our website and a series of fact sheets. Together, they provide insights into the unique characteristics of each site, the restoration activities underway and the benefits that healthy wetlands can deliver for climate regulation, biodiversity and local communities.

Seven fact sheets have been developed, one for each case study area. They offer an accessible overview of local conditions, restoration efforts and ongoing work to support recovery. Available on our website, each case study area is presented through an interactive map and a dedicated sub-page, where visitors can access key facts, explore site-specific information and follow progress achieved through the project’s restoration and monitoring activities.
